Responsibilities

Manage, train, lead, and support content strategists
Manage our team of freelance content creators and vendors to improve turnaround time and content quality
Ensure all monthly content deliverables are fulfilled
Ensure all content is driving positive and meaningful results for our clients
Fix inefficiencies within the department to increase bandwidth and scalability
Research, build out, and improve content services to increase sales and ROI
Research, test, and establish procedures for integrating content with other services throughout the agency
Improve client retention within the content department
Understand and utilize content strategy, digital marketing, and UX best practices
Establish and accomplish both short- and long-term goals for the department
