Responsibilities

Set and run the content strategy for each account, tied to real funnel thinking, not just what to post this week
Know what a hook actually is and use one on everything you make
Stay ahead of what's trending in your clients' industries specifically, not just what's trending on social media in general
Read performance data and know what to actually change next month, not just report the numbers
Play the long game with every client, you catch a relationship drifting before it becomes a problem
Report on results and run monthly strategy calls with clients
You capture what actually makes someone stop scrolling, not just a product shot
You turn a client's brand into a story people want to follow, not an account they scroll past
Every post says something about who this client is, not just what they sell
Film content in front of and behind the camera, for clients and for Romi's own accounts. You're just as confident directing a shoot as you are stepping in and appearing on camera yourself

Requirements

2 to 3 years of proven experience in social media marketing and content creation (agency experience preferred)
You already understand social media marketing for at least one of our client industries. This is a must
You've been on set before. You can write a script, and direct talent, even if that talent is just a founder and an iPhone
You're genuinely confident on camera and comfortable being the face of content when a piece calls for it, not just comfortable holding the camera
You&aposre obsessed with content. Thousands of photos and videos on your phone. You can't sit down somewhere without filming the room and the moment before anything even happens
You can't scroll your own feed without getting inspired for one of your accounts
You know how to write and spot a hook
Highly creative, and it shows in how you think about content. You come up with out-of-the-box ideas your clients wouldn't have landed on themselves
Just as analytical as you are creative. You're obsessed with reporting and can tell a client exactly what's working, what isn't, and why
Proactive by nature, especially right now. AI is changing this industry every day, and you&aposre already testing new tools, not waiting for someone to hand them to you
