Initial and continual training of staff members to Plucked Standards,

Managing team members for your scheduled shifts including documenting employee issues, disciplining employees, shift highlights, cash balancing, identifying problems.
Creating timely and accurate sales and labor forecasts for the restaurant
Implementing and maintaining proper food/beverage handling processes in relationship to the health and safety of employees and customers. Follow all systems and checklists in place to ensure proper food safety and quality.
Developing yourself and team members to Plucked standards of service, food quality, and sanitation.

We are looking for an experienced and motivated manager who can build antd continually develop a successful, fast paced, and fun team focused on great genuine guest experiences. The general manager will drive our core intiatives of great food, quick execution, and a positive culture which translates through the staff down to the guests.
