Review budget pacing weekly/monthly; flag underspend, overspend, and reallocation opportunities
Maintain budget trackers and sign off that pacing has been reviewed
Run keyword, product targeting, and competitor research
Execute updates via bulk operation files
Deliver weekly and monthly performance updates with clear insights and next steps
Pull data and surface trends for MBRs and ad hoc analysis
Flag issues early — pacing, errors, deadlines, inventory, pricing — and follow internal naming conventions, SLAs, and timelines
Deliver weekly and monthly performance updates with clear insights on what is working, what is not working, key performance shifts, and recommended next steps.

Requirements

2+ years hands-on retail media or eCommerce PPC experience
Amazon Advertising Console required; Walmart Connect strongly preferred
Solid grasp of retail media KPIs (spend, sales, ROAS, ACOS, CPC, CTR, CVR, pacing)
Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills — trackers, reporting, bulk uploads
Experience with a retail media platform (Skai, Perpetua, Pacvue) a plus
Detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive about surfacing problems before they become emergencies
Comfortable working independently while staying aligned with internal team expectations.
Certifications: Candidates must currently hold or be willing to complete the following Amazon Ads certifications within 30 days of start: - Amazon Sponsored Ads Certification - Amazon Sponsored Ads Advanced Certification - Amazon Ads for Retail Certification - Amazon Ads for Retail Advanced Certification - Amazon DSP Certification
