Responsibilities

Translating EoE brand strategy into flawless tactical execution the consumer non-personal promotion ecosystem — social, display, online video, audio, programmatic, and patient-facing materials — driving each asset from brief through medical/legal/regulatory approval and in-market launch.
Owning the EoE consumer CRM program email content, cadence, segmentation, and personalization across the patient and caregiver journey to drive enrollment, engagement, and education.
Owning the EoE website and content experience – keeping it discoverable across evolving search (SEO/SEM) and AI-driven environments and adopting new data and audience capabilities (including alliance-delivered precision-marketing platforms) to sharpen targeting.
Managing the materials life cycle for consumer materials, ensuring 100% accuracy and compliance and anticipating the downstream implications of every change before anything is disseminated to patients. This includes Veeva/asset management.
Managing multiple external agencies (creative, digital, media, production) across briefs, timelines, SOWs, and budgets – holding partners accountable to cost-efficient, strategically sound, and compliant deliverables.
Supporting media planning and buying across digital and offline channels (TV/online video, programmatic and endemic display, social, and search) in partnership with the media AOR; contributing to channel, flighting, spending, and measurement decisions.
Translating data from marketing mix models, campaign analytics, market research, and the EoE patient journey and consumer behavior into actionable optimizations and maintaining concise KPI dashboards and performance reporting for senior leadership.
Serving as the day-to-day Regeneron consumer lead within the alliance – partnering closely with alliance counterparts, driving brand alignment and building consensus.
Leading patient engagement and education programs, such as the patient/caregiver ambassador program, webinars, and signature initiatives from concept through measurement and learning.
Partnering cross-functionally with Medical, Regulatory, Legal, Patient Support Services, Advocacy, Communications, HCP marketing, Sales, and Global partners to ensure a unified message across the consumer journey.

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree (required); an MBA is a plus.
10+ years of progressive industry or relevant professional experience, including 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech marketing, product management, or DTC/consumer experience.
Experience in Gastroenterology and/or Immunology preferred.
Alliance / co-promote experience preferred.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple external agencies and navigate MLR/JRC review processes.
This role requires travel up to 15% (including occasional weekend travel as needed) and four days on-site in Sleepy Hollow, NY.

Preferred

MBA is a plus.
Gastroenterology and/or Immunology preferred.
Alliance / co-promote experience preferred.
