Job Summary

Owns brand asset management, cross‑team creative delivery, and workflow optimization for marketing initiatives, driving asset libraries, briefs, and data-driven insights across campaigns.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Organize, name, and file brand assets in our digital asset management platform, including metadata cleanup and tracking usage expiration dates with stakeholders
Name, track, and deliver creatives across teams
Format, combine, and refresh presentation decks for brand, product, creative, and innovation needs
Maintain copy and asset libraries across teams, keeping current for launches and changes
Own the monthly assortment line sheet update process, sending reminders to internal stakeholders, confirming cost and SRP changes are logged, and keeping the file accurate and organized
Gather, synthesize, and interpret product, market, and consumer benchmarking data
Monitor, track, and report on paid ads activity across leading brands, flagging trends
Track content and platform trends weekly and package findings to feed creative briefs
Assist our Creator Partnerships team with sourcing creators across current operating channels: Meta, YouTube, ShopMy
Support social creative practices for creator content (i.e. developing post captions, creating static ads with creator imagery)

Requirements

1-3 years of experience in marketing, brand, creative operations, or a comparable coordination role. Beauty, CPG, or direct to consumer experience is a plus.
Exceptional organization and follow through. You keep track of your own open loops and close them without being chased.
Strong written and verbal communication, including the confidence to request updates from busy stakeholders and to flag early when priorities compete.
Comfort supporting several leaders at once, with the judgment to ask clarifying questions and renegotiate timing when needed.
Working knowledge of Asana or a similar project management tool, plus Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Curiosity about the beauty category and a habit of noticing what other brands are doing well.
A bias toward flexibility. This role rewards someone who adapts easily rather than someone who needs a predictable, fixed routine.

Preferred

Experience with a digital asset management platform such as Canto
Familiarity with creator platforms such as ShopMy
Exposure to photo or video production support
Interest in using AI tools to streamline everyday work
