Responsibilities

Lead Performance Media Strategy
- Develop annual and quarterly performance marketing strategies aligned with client business objectives.
- Lead cross-channel planning across Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, Display and Remarketing.
- Partner with senior agency leadership to build integrated full-funnel media plans that connect awareness initiatives to downstream business outcomes.
- Establish channel investment strategies based on business priorities, customer acquisition goals and pipeline contribution.
- Identify opportunities to improve media efficiency while maximizing lead quality and revenue impact.
- Drive innovation through ongoing testing frameworks, audience expansion strategies and platform advancements.
Strategic Performance Leadership
- Provide strategic oversight across: Google Search, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta, Demand Generation campaigns, Remarketing, Performance Max and affiliate marketing
Measurement, Attribution & Analytics

Requirements

8–10+ years of digital media experience
Experience with B2B demand generation programs
Agency experience strongly preferred
Experience leading integrated media teams
Proven success presenting to executive-level clients
Platform Expertise - Expert proficiency in: Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, Looker Studio or equivalent BI tools, Salesforce reporting
