Job Description

Responsibilities

Lead reporting and analysis of omni-channel and ecommerce marketing investments, tracking performance against key business objectives and growth priorities.
Develop actionable recommendations to optimize marketing spend by evaluating campaign effectiveness, return on investment, and overall business impact.
Build and maintain performance dashboards and scorecards that provide clear visibility into omni-channel marketing performance for senior leadership.
Partner closely with the Consumer Experience team to develop strategies leveraging the rapid expansion of AI-capabilities that increase recipe discovery, engagement, and adoption across the Rao's and Prego portfolios.
Translate consumer, shopper, retailer, and digital performance data into insights that inform brand and channel strategies.
Collaborate with Brand Marketing, Sales, Finance, Consumer Insights, and agency partners to support annual planning, investment decisions, and business reviews.
Monitor category, competitive, and ecommerce trends to identify emerging opportunities and recommend actions that accelerate growth.
Own the Italian Category Marketing Budget; acting as the critical owner of key budget execution and changes throughout the year, ensuring accuracy and timely optimization.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Finance, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in brand management, omni-channel, performance marketing analytics or a related CPG function.
Experience using AI-enabled tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, or similar platforms) to improve productivity, analyze data, generate insights, or optimize marketing performance is a plus.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear business recommendations.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills with experience building compelling business presentations.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to influence without direct authority.
A proactive, curious mindset with strong attention to detail and a passion for solving business problems through data.

Preferred

Experience in the food or beverage industry.
Experience with Circana, NielsenIQ, Numerator, Profitero, Stackline, or other retail and ecommerce analytics platforms.
Experience with retail media measurement and digital marketing performance analytics.
Experience managing or analyzing marketing investment budgets.
Experience working with Amazon, Walmart, Instacart, or omnichannel retailer performance data.
Familiarity with consumer journey, content, and recipe engagement metrics.
