Job Description

Responsibilities

Build SEO roadmaps based on business goals, search opportunity, and expected impact.
Identify technical SEO, content, local SEO, and AI search opportunities that improve performance.
Analyze rankings, traffic, conversions, and lead quality to understand why performance changes.
Develop recommendations that are clear, actionable, and tied to measurable results.
Partner with content, development, design, paid media, PR, and client-facing teams to bring strategies to life.
Monitor performance after implementation and adjust strategies as new opportunities emerge.
Stay on top of emerging trends, technologies, and opportunities across Search and AI.

Requirements

5+ years of hands-on SEO experience managing multiple client accounts or websites.
A strong understanding of technical SEO, content strategy, local SEO, and search analytics.
Experience developing SEO strategies that support business goals rather than focusing solely on rankings or traffic.
Confidence in analyzing data, identifying trends, and translating performance into clear recommendations.
The ability to prioritize competing initiatives based on expected impact.
Experience with collaborating with writers, developers, designers, paid media teams, and client-facing teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex SEO concepts to different audiences.
A desire to stay ahead of industry changes, including AI search and emerging search experiences.
