Responsibilities

From your first week, you own how an entire county learns we exist.
Out of home and transit
Vendor relationships and negotiation: Clear Channel Outdoor, Outfront Media, Intersection, and regional transit ad reps. Rate cards, remnant inventory, last minute buys
Billboards, bulletins, posters, and digital boards on the 101, 280, 880, 680, and 87, plus the surface arterials that carry our customers
Transit: bus shelters, kings and tails, and station platforms on VTA, SamTrans, AC Transit, BART, Caltrain, and Muni, concentrated near courthouses, county service buildings, and check cashing corridors
Placement clusters, not scattered single boards. Frequency in one neighborhood beats reach across five
Local and geo-targeted paid digital, in support of the physical campaign
Geo-targeted Google Ads and YouTube built around what people actually type: "sued in Santa Clara County," "how to answer a lawsuit," "I got served papers." Nobody types "demurrer"
Geo-fenced Instagram and TikTok around courthouses, county service buildings, and the neighborhoods we are saturating physically
Language-matched ad sets on every platform, not translations of the English ones

Requirements

You have bought out of home media yourself. Billboards, bus shelters, transit. You have negotiated with a Clear Channel or Outfront rep, you know what a rate card is really worth, and you know what remnant inventory is
You know the Bay Area at street level. You can name the corridor in East San Jose that matters and say why, without looking it up
You measure obsessively. If your last role could not report cost per acquisition by placement, you already know that was the problem
You are comfortable being the person who writes the plan, buys the media, and also carries the folding table to the community event
Bilingual is a real advantage. Spanish or Vietnamese especially. Chinese, Tagalog, and Hindi also matter to our customers
Valid driver's license and a car. Mileage reimbursed

Prior experience is a plus, not a requirement.
