CRM & Lead Management: CRM Maintenance: Help maintain our HubSpot CRM software, keeping records accurate and up to date.; Lead Research: Research new championships and potential leads to support the marketing pipeline.; Contact Sourcing: Search for new contacts as needed to grow and refresh our database.; Reporting: Track and maintain clear reporting on direct marketing leads and assets, and communicate data with leadership.
III. Operational & Administrative Support: Ring Photography & Imaging: Photograph incoming rings and maintain organized image files in the shared drive.; Vendor Coordination: Serve as the primary contact with third-party vendors for equipment and marketing materials.; Equipment Maintenance: Manage the upkeep, cleaning, and preventative maintenance of printers; troubleshoot and resolve minor printer errors and paper jams.; Special Projects: Assist the marketing team with special projects and ad hoc tasks.; Cross-Team Collaboration: Provide cross-team support and collaboration as needed.; Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with all team members to help ensure clear communication and project success.

Requirements

Strong attention to detail and organization.
Comfortable with technology (we'll train you on HubSpot).
Self-starter who can manage tasks with minimal supervision.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
A dependable, team-oriented individual who is motivated by helping others succeed.
Proven ability to meet and exceed deadlines.
Able to stand for long periods of the day and lift 20-40lb. boxes.
Interest in developing marketing, sales support, and/or operational skills.
Organizational skills: 3 years (Preferred)
Ability to Commute: Lincoln, NE 68506 (Preferred)
