Job Description

Responsibilities

Act as the primary operational project lead for fund-related change initiatives (e.g., fund renames, new ETF launches, product reclassifications), ensuring all data and content updates are accurately executed across all marketing channels.
Perform data quality reviews, validation, and remediation to ensure product and fund information is accurate, consistent, and compliant across enterprise digital platforms.
Serve as the central point of contact connecting divisional Marketing teams, Product Data (PRD/Ops), Risk, Advertising Compliance, Legal, and Technology.
Organize and lead multi-stakeholder workstreams, prepare meeting materials, drive progress status readouts, and track action items for senior marketing leadership and monthly legal/risk forums.
Maintain central trackers and ticketing systems using Jira for daily ticket entry/tracking and Excel for reviewing and parsing large fund data extracts.
Assist with risk event tracking, control documentation, evidence repositories, and process records to support ongoing compliance in a regulated environment.
Document business processes, operational workflows, and governance procedures while identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements and risk reduction.

Requirements

Senior Specialist level experience (4+ years) in project management, change management, or marketing operations with a track record of running multi-step, cross-functional workstreams and timelines.
Prior experience in financial services/markets with a working knowledge of investment products like mutual funds, ETFs, fund metadata, and product changes.
Proven experience operating within a heavily regulated environment where marketing content, compliance, and risk management must align closely.
Hands-on proficiency using Jira as a primary tool for workstream ticket entry, tracking, and status reporting.
Ability to navigate, review, and accurately parse large datasets and fund extracts in Excel.
Strong preference for an operational mindset that thrives on structure, rigor, and execution rather than creative or brand marketing strategy.
Ability to work standard Eastern Time (ET) hours to align with market-open events, product launches, and real-time team collaboration.
