The Sr CRM Platform Developer is central to the execution of personalized marketing campaigns, lifecycle automations, and 1-1 touchpoints within an agile marketing-led team at Fanatics Commerce.
The ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver who enjoys translating business challenges into smart technical solutions, bringing curiosity, initiative, and deep expertise in omni-channel marketing technology to deliver meaningful business impact.
The Sr CRM Platform Developer delivers business and fan impact through BOLD leadership and execution excellence, leveraging data, automation, and AI-enabled insights.
Partner closely with business stakeholders and Technical Leads to collect detailed functional requirements, align on solutions, and coordinate development, testing, and deployment to production environments.
Contribute actively within an agile marketing-led team, engaging with various levels of stakeholders to drive alignment and move work forward efficiently.
Produce clear code and supporting documentation that enables team members to understand, maintain, and build upon developed solutions.
Propose and execute end-to-end CRM solutions that bring personalized, meaningful touchpoints to millions of fans at scale.
Design and execute A/B and multivariate experiments across content and journeys to continuously improve the fan experience.
Translate functional marketing requirements into technical solutions within Adobe Journey Optimizer that deepen fan engagement across lifecycle stages.
Analyze outcomes and performance KPIs to ensure campaigns and automations are delivering measurable improvements to the customer experience.

Requirements

5+ years of experience designing and creating personalized content and real-time journeys on Marketing Technology platforms, preferably Adobe Experience Platform.
Expertise developing visual components using HTML, CSS, and Handlebars template languages.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
Sharp analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyze outcomes, performance KPIs, and gaps in automation logic.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies and related tools such as Jira.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively both independently and within a collaborative team environment.

Preferred

Adobe Journey Optimizer Certifications — Practitioner and Developer.
Adobe Real-Time CDP Certification — Practitioner and Developer.
Experience connecting cloud applications using APIs.
Experience using CI/CD and repository platforms such as GitHub.
