Job Summary

Own the creation and tailoring of product marketing materials across launches, updates, and demand initiatives, collaborating with sales, product, legal, and marketing to meet buyer needs.

Develop sales collateral and web copy that align with product messaging

Job Description

Responsibilities

- Support product marketing, partnership activation, strategic events, and demand generation initiatives by developing sales collateral and presentations, product messaging, proof points, web content, and other customer-facing materials.
- Support product/test updates by writing and coordinating updates to existing materials.
- Support product launches by writing sales collateral and web copy, as well as coordinating with designers to produce finished sales collateral.
- Partner with sales, product, legal, and marketing teams to tailor product materials to customer needs, competitive positioning, and buyer priorities.

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in a related field, which may include liberal arts, business, marketing, healthcare, or similar field, plus 5 years professional experience in marketing, or a related field.
Or, a master’s degree in a related field (MBA preferred), with 3 years professional experience in marketing, or a related field.
Strong academic performance required .
Business acumen, including proven expertise in creating marketing strategies based on business objectives.
It is preferred if experience includes work with a major brand.
Requires strong leadership, problem solving, critical thinking, active listening, quantitative skills, persuasive oral and written communication, project management, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven execution ability, including digital marketing experience.
Must be able to work effectively in a consensus-style and collaborative environment that expects and promotes teamwork.
Must be comfortable in a fast-paced, changing environment, and have experience in effectively meeting deadlines on-time with a quality product.
Must possess high personal motivation supporting a strong work ethic, flexibility, and creativity.

Preferred

Workfront proficiency
Experience writing for healthcare B-to-B audiences (clinician, lab, research)
Experience in campaign, event, and product marketing
Experience in writing for varied formats: web, print collateral, presentations, email, and long-form healthcare education (e.g., e-books, white papers, lead magnets)
