Evaluate AI-generated and human-created marketing work samples.
Review creative briefs, campaign concepts, brand messaging, ad copy, presentations, and marketing strategies.
Provide detailed written justifications and feedback for evaluations.
Apply consistent, evidence-based judgment to ensure scoring accuracy and reliability.
Collaborate with reviewers and project teams to refine evaluation standards and frameworks.
Contribute to improving AI performance across marketing, branding, and creative communication tasks.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
5+ years of professional experience in marketing, advertising, brand strategy, or creative services.
Experience as a Brand Strategist, Creative Director, Account Lead, Marketing Manager, or similar role.
Strong expertise in campaign development, brand positioning, messaging frameworks, and creative evaluation.
Exceptional written communication and business storytelling skills.
Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to provide objective evaluations.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred

Experience at leading advertising agencies, creative agencies, consulting firms, or consumer brands.
Background in brand strategy, integrated marketing campaigns, content marketing, or creative development.
Experience reviewing or approving client-facing marketing deliverables.
Familiarity with AI evaluation, data annotation, content review, or human-feedback projects.
Experience mentoring, managing, or reviewing marketing teams and creative work.
