Job Summary
Own the global aerospace communications agenda, shaping strategic inbound and outbound messaging, executive communications, and change-management programs to protect and grow the business across regions.
- Strategic Communications Leadership: align internal and external programs with growth priorities and brand stewardship
- Executive and Stakeholder Narratives: develop talking points, presentations, and messaging for Aerospace leadership
- Global Change Management: drive cross-border programs, partner with corporate affairs and media teams, and ensure consistent, unified storytelling
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage global internal and external communications for the Aerospace business
- Develop and execute integrated communications strategies aligned with business & growth priorities
- Serve as a strategic communications advisor to Aerospace leadership
- Develop and implement internal communications strategy to improve employee engagement
- Develop and implement external communications strategy and reputation-building initiatives
- Lead change-management initiatives across a global footprint. Develop and execute project plan, if required
- Partner with corporate affairs and media relations teams to position PPG as a technology and sustainability leader
- Lead human interest social media strategy and execution in collaboration with the digital marketing team
- Oversee development of executive messaging, presentations, talking points, and business narratives
- Ensure message consistency, alignment with PPG enterprise strategy, and brand integrity across channels
- Only US Citizens, Green card holders, political asylees, and refugees are eligible to apply
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in corporate, business, or marketing communications, within a global industrial or B2B environment
- Demonstrated experience partnering with senior leaders and managing complex, global communications program
- Exceptional writing, technology skills, and stakeholder-management skills
