Job Summary

Own and execute local and regional marketing programs aligned with client objectives and Hanna Brothers business goals, leading multi‑location campaigns, content development, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Analyze performance data and optimize campaigns while partnering with operations and culinary teams on menu promotions
Support client presentations, business reviews, and new business opportunities

Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop and execute local and regional marketing plans aligned with client objectives and Hanna Brothers business goals.
Support customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction through innovative campaigns, promotions, events, and communications.
Create and coordinate marketing content across digital, social media, email, print, signage, and in-unit channels.
Partner with operations and culinary teams to develop and promote menu innovations, featured programs, seasonal campaigns, and special events.
Manage social media strategy and content development for applicable Hanna Brothers properties and accounts.
Analyze campaign performance, customer feedback, and engagement metrics to optimize marketing effectiveness.
Support client presentations, marketing recaps, business reviews, and new business opportunities.
Coordinate marketing efforts surrounding film productions, studio operations, special events, live entertainment venues, and corporate dining environments.
Ensure brand consistency and adherence to company marketing standards across all locations.
Develop marketing toolkits, templates, and resources that can be implemented across multiple accounts.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Hospitality, or related field.
3-7 years of marketing experience, preferably in hospitality, foodservice, entertainment, events, or related industries.
Experience supporting multiple locations, business units, or client accounts preferred.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
Ability to translate business objectives into actionable marketing strategies and campaigns.
Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, PowerPoint, Excel, Canva, and marketing platforms.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to executional excellence.
