Job Summary
Own data‑driven enrollment marketing and brand storytelling across CRM, analytics, and partnerships to drive applicants and enrollment growth.

Job Description
Responsibilities
- Data Analytics and Reporting: maintain dashboards and reports on lead generation, conversion rates, demographic trends, and campaign performance, with ROI tracking for strategic initiatives.
- Audience Segmentation and Recruitment Optimization: use Slate and Salesforce to segment audiences, track engagement, refine recruitment strategies, and increase applicants and enrollment.
- Slate Dashboards and Touchpoints: maintain dashboards and reports on lead generation, conversion rates, demographic trends, and campaign performance; develop and execute touchpoints.
- Data Insights for Enrollment Strategy: collect data, interpret findings, and present insights to leadership to support strategic enrollment planning.
- Market Research and Strategic Initiatives: conduct market research on competitor programs, regional workforce needs, and emerging trends in business education to build strategic initiatives.
- Brand Management and Marketing: develop and implement marketing strategy, brand management, digital marketing and content development initiatives, recruitment plans, and targeted tactics; ensure messaging highlights program differentiators.
- Outreach and Partnership Building: develop outreach and external partnerships; plan and execute recruitment events and represent the school at community events and conferences; collaborate with alumni relations and career services to strengthen narratives and outcomes.
