Job Description
Responsibilities
- Pillar Campaign Strategy & Performance
- Leads our flagship, pillar-level campaigns end-to-end, big idea and positioning, message architecture, content and channel strategy, gate reviews, launch, in-flight optimization, and retrospective.
- Develop competitive positioning and narrative frameworks that differentiate us clearly in market, grounded in a sharp point of view on where the category is headed.
- Define the message pillar structure and content tiering for each flagship campaign, ensuring a clear line from top-level narrative down to channel-specific execution.
- Own the hub/landing page architecture and core campaign narrative for flagship initiatives, partnering with Web/Optimization
- Design and evolve webinar and nurture programs that sustain a pillar campaign's narrative across a multi-quarter arc, not just a single launch moment.
- Owns the ongoing optimization and growth agenda, revisiting positioning and message performance, identifying what's resonating, and scaling what's working rather than treating strategy as a one-time deliverable.
- Bring a test-and-learn mindset, propose hypotheses, design A/B tests, and make data-driven optimization decisions in-flight.
- Own performance reviews and biweekly optimization meetings with channel teams, analyze KPIs, propose pivots, drive decisions.
- Build performance narratives for leadership, translating data into clear stories about what's working and what we're doing about it.
Requirements
- 7–10 years in integrated campaign management, demand generation, or growth marketing in a B2B environment.
- Proven track record owning multi-channel campaigns end-to-end, brief to launch to optimization, not just one part of the funnel.
- Strong competitive positioning instincts, able to synthesize market, product, and competitive inputs into a sharp, defensible narrative.
- Growth marketing mindset, you think in hypotheses, design tests, use data to make decisions, and know the difference between a metric and an insight.
- Strong media literacy enough to brief channel teams, ask the right questions, and drive quality outputs.
- Comfort with ambiguity and build-phase environments, you create structure rather than waiting for it.
- Familiarity with marketing automation (Marketo, CRM (Salesforce), and project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Jira)
- Genuine curiosity about AI and automation eager to help build and maintain the systems that make the team faster.
- Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) strategy and execution, account selection, tiering, and cross-channel orchestration for named/target accounts, a plus as we mature our targeting capabilities over time.
- Experience collaborating with regional or field marketing teams to balance global consistency with local relevance.
