Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop creative concepts for product launches, campaigns, athlete features, equipment videos and behind-the-scenes content
Film products, athletes, customers, events and company activities
Produce engaging short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and Facebook
Create longer product demonstrations, reviews, interviews and brand videos
Edit videos using strong hooks, fast pacing, captions, music, graphics and clear calls to action
Photograph products and lifestyle content for social media, advertisements and our website
Manage and maintain a consistent social media content calendar
Write engaging captions that match Swift Hockey’s brand voice
Repurpose each shoot into multiple pieces of platform-specific content
Monitor sports trends, social media trends and competitor content

Requirements

Have experience filming, editing and producing social media content
Have a portfolio or demo reel demonstrating your work
Can confidently operate cameras, lighting and audio equipment
Proficient with Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut or similar editing software
Understand short-form storytelling, strong hooks and current social media trends
Are comfortable filming products and directing people on camera
Can work independently and manage multiple projects
Have strong attention to detail and consistently meet deadlines
Live in or can reliably commute to St. Petersburg, Florida

Preferred

Willingness to travel occasionally for games, events and content shoots
