Job Summary
Own the local events pipeline and partner co-marketing to drive foot traffic and on-site conversations at the Axis Experience Center.
- Event operations and partner co-marketing: plan, logistics, vendor management, catering, procurement, and shared branding with Axis partners.
- Visitor flow and meeting logistics: coordinate with the Experience Center Coordinator to attract visitors and streamline customer meetings.
- Local marketing collaboration: work with Field Marketing to design and execute neighborhood-focused initiatives and ensure event reporting in Eventbrite and Salesforce.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of events both offsite and at our Chelmsford Axis Experience Center, including logistics, vendor management, catering, giveaway sourcing and procurement, and other related tasks.
- Work with the Experience Center Coordinator to attract Chelmsford Axis Experience Center visitors and streamline customer meeting logistics
- Strategize with the Field Marketing Team to create successful marketing initiatives for the local area
- Manage co-marketing initiatives with local Axis partners for brand exposure
- Maintain and own event reporting by using Eventbrite, Salesforce, and other tools.
- Additional marketing projects and duties (internal and external) as assigned
