Job Summary

Own the end-to-end marketing engine for live events: budget and forecast, multi-channel campaigns, content, and post-event analytics that tie to KPIs.

Own multi-channel campaign planning and measurement across email, social, paid media, and events.

Oversee development of content for sales materials, website, and digital platforms.
Assists with public relations activities.
Places advertising for event marketing.
Handles press-related duties during events.
Maintains organized content and asset libraries.
Collaborate with venue tenant marketing team and internal stakeholders.
Manage timelines and deliverables across multiple projects.
Provides post-event reports, analysis, and regular status reports on marketing programs.
Track and achieve KPIs.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
5+ years of marketing and/or content creation experience
Experience with live entertainment or professional sports preferred
Knowledge of market preferred
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Collaborative, detail-oriented, and adaptable
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays
