Job Description
Responsibilities
- You will design, plan, and execute end-to-end go-to-market strategies for new product features and major releases
- You’ll develop clear, compelling messaging and value propositions that differentiate products in the market
- You will partner cross-functionally with Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Medical, and Training teams
- You’ll ensure regional considerations are incorporated into launch planning and execution
- You will define success metrics, build dashboards, and analyze performance to optimize adoption and retention
- You’ll engage directly with customers to gather insights and inform product and marketing strategies
- You will identify risks and proactively communicate challenges, opportunities, and solutions
- You’ll mentor and support team members as needed
Requirements
- Demonstrated expertise in product marketing, including segmentation, targeting, and positioning
- Strong ability to influence, persuade, and build alignment across stakeholders
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a matrix environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
- Knowledge of healthcare or diagnostic technologies
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced presentation skills with the ability to translate complex information for diverse audiences
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience); Master’s preferred
- 6+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or strategic marketing
