Job Summary

Own and promote IDEXX Water Academy and global webinar education programs, drive campaign planning and execution, analyze engagement, and evolve the education strategy across regions.

Job Description

Responsibilities

You will own the marketing of IDEXX Water’s global customer education programs, treating the IDEXX Water Academy and the global webinar program as channels for reaching and growing an audience of online learners and enhancing the IDEXX brand.
You will help develop and execute the promotional strategy for our education offerings, including campaign planning, audience targeting, and email and landing page execution to grow registration, attendance, and repeat participation.
You will analyze engagement data across webinar participants and registered Academy users, and use what you learn to prioritize content, sharpen targeting, and report program performance to peers and senior management.
You will maintain and grow the Water Academy curriculum and global webinar calendar within the established education strategy, adding Water Academy courses at regional request and refreshing aging content.
You will own the global webinar calendar, speaker recruitment, and regional participation for webinars while creating webinar presentations in collaboration with marketing and content leads.
You will help define and execute the strategy, develop working processes, and design templates for email deployment and landing pages within the Salesforce ecosystem. Be our team’s internal subject matter expert on these technologies.
You will identify and implement improvements to education marketing processes, campaign workflows and platform use, including the rollout and regional training of our webinar platform.
You will contribute to the evolution of our education strategy, partnering with marketing leadership to identify and execute opportunities for new programs.
You will perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Demand generation marketing skills: audience segmentation, campaign planning, and a track record of growing registration, attendance, and/or repeat engagement for digital programs
Marketing technology experience, including hands-on execution (email builds, landing pages, list management, deployment workflows) and platform administration/governance (Pardot/Marketing Cloud Account Engagement or similar)
Marketing analytics skills: able to analyze and interpret engagement and funnel metrics, build and maintain reporting, and translate results into targeting, content, and promotion decisions
Experience coordinating localized program or campaign delivery across multiple regions or markets
Ability to organize, prioritize, and direct work activities
Resourcefulness and a demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally, to influence without authority, and to be successful in a matrixed organization
Excellent customer service and business relationship-building skills
Reasoning, problem solving, and analytical skills to resolve issues.
Project management skills and experience
3-5+ years of marketing experience. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required

Preferred

Experience managing a learning or webinar platform, including curriculum delivery, scheduling, speaker coordination, and regional rollout and training is a plus
Working knowledge of learning management systems, webinar platform operations, including course authoring tools such as Articulate Rise 360 is a plus
Instructional design experience or formal training in adult learning theory is a plus
Experience with AI-enabled content production, including in-platform AI functionality for course and content development is a plus
