Responsibilities

Develops detailed project plans, including timelines, and resource allocation, to ensure successful project execution.
Coordinates cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
Tracks project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure successful outcomes.
Ensures all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
Addresses and resolves any issues or challenges that arise during project execution, ensuring client satisfaction.
Identifies opportunities for process improvements and implements best practices to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
Oversees the allocation and utilization of resources, ensuring optimal efficiency and effectiveness.
Works closely with Marketing Project Managers for support and guidance as needed.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in copywriting, journalism, marketing, public relations, communications, English or a related field
Two (2) years of experience coordinating and supporting projects
Four (4) years of experience, beyond stated requirements, may substitute for bachelor’s degree
