Job Summary

Own and nurture relationships with high-potential customers, evaluate VIP program fit, and help shape engagement and onboarding strategies while supporting new state product launches.

Build multi-channel outreach and authentic relationships with target customers.
Qualify customers for the VIP program and translate feedback into onboarding improvements to support state launches.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Engage with high-potential customers through a variety of communication channels while creating strong, authentic relationships.
Effectively evaluate a customer's potential for placement in the DraftKings VIP Program.
Assist in developing and optimizing strategies for customer engagement and qualification.
Compile feedback to support improvements to the onboarding process that will continue to promote a positive customer experience.
Contribute to business acquisition efforts for new state product launches.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 1 year of experience in a client-facing role.
An analytical and solutions-focused mindset to achieve results for our customers.
Adaptability in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and entrepreneurial environment.
Willingness to travel and work nights and weekends.
Must be able to obtain and maintain required State Gaming Licenses as well as required financial licenses.
