Pioneer innovative PR strategies that catapult Constant Contact's visibility and market leadership across global markets
Cultivate powerful media ecosystems with tier-1 journalists, industry tastemakers, and influential voices who shape the small business landscape
Transform our leaders into sought-after voices who define the future of small business success and digital marketing evolution
Design and execute thought leadership campaigns that establish Constant Contact executives as the go-to authorities for media, conferences, and industry forums
Craft story frameworks that transform how the world understands small business potential and digital marketing innovation
Create breakthrough marketing strategies for data releases that generate widespread media coverage and establish Constant Contact as the research authority
Spearhead communications strategy across all international markets, ensuring cohesive brand presence while driving local market relevance
Build and guide world-class regional teams and agency partnerships that deliver exceptional results across diverse markets
Develop crisis communication strategies that protect and enhance brand reputation during challenging moments
Execute complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives with flawless precision and unwavering attention to detail

Requirements

8+ years of progressive communications leadership in consumer technology or small business-focused environments and/or top PR agency experience working with clients in the consumer tech and/or SMB tech space
4+ years directing complex, multi-market communications programs that delivered transformational business results
Proven track record of generating breakthrough media coverage in premier business and technology publications
Demonstrated expertise in executive positioning and internal/external communications alignment
Master of data-driven storytelling with experience transforming research into compelling media narratives
Global communications expertise with successful multi-market campaign leadership
Crisis communications mastery with proven ability to navigate complex reputation challenges
Exceptional project management skills with meticulous attention to detail and flawless execution standards
Natural cross-functional collaborator who builds consensus and drives results across complex organizations
Strategic thinker who translates ambitious business visions into executable communications strategies

Preferred

Degree in communications, business, or related field
Deep expertise in marketing technology, small business services, or entrepreneurship ecosystems
Extensive international market experience
