Job Summary
Own the brands social presence by managing audience engagement, content planning, and influencer collaboration across platforms, while tracking metrics and staying ahead of trends.

Responsibilities
- Monitor and engage audiences across social channels, including Instagram, Reddit, TikTok, YouTube and emerging platforms.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across all social interactions such as comments and messages.
- Seek outbound opportunities that place Claire’s in the cultural zeitgeist and trending conversations.
- Foster meaningful conversations that centers us in girlhood and adolescence and community.
- Track and report on community engagement metrics, sentiment and growth.
- Manage the social content calendar and coordinate posts to ensure consistent and thorough execution.
- Develop tactics to increase audience engagement, loyalty and community growth.
- Create initiatives that encourage UGC and community participation.
- Stay current on platform trends, audience behavior and best practices.
- Identify and engage with content creators, influencers and public figures across relevant social platforms.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in social media management, community management or digital marketing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Experience managing multiple social media platforms and communities.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience working with online communities.
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Sprout Social, CreatorIQ).
- Deep understanding of Gen Alpha / Gen Z social behavior
- Strong creative instincts and “internet taste”
Preferred
- Experience working with influencers, ambassadors or creators
- Strong project management skills
- Basic graphic design skills using tools such as Canva and Capcut
