Job Description

Responsibilities

Provide visionary leadership and execute the brand’s long-term strategic plan
Serve as the brand ambassador at industry events, media engagements, and franchise conventions
Oversee all functional areas to ensure strong, consistent franchise performance
Develop and execute marketing strategies to elevate brand awareness and customer engagement
Lead franchise development efforts, including sales strategy and expansion planning
Manage full P&L responsibility, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance tracking
Analyze performance metrics to drive data-informed decisions and continuous improvement
Identify new market opportunities and establish scalable business models for growth

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience
10+ years of leadership experience in franchise operations, franchise development, or multi-unit environments
Proven experience managing P&L across a multi-location brand
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills
Ability to lead, inspire, and develop high-performing teams
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and project management abilities
Franchise experience required
