- Team & Programs: Manage the social media deputy program and collaborate to grow niche channels.
- Platform Expansion: Grow key social platforms aligned with program growth strategies.
- Events Coverage: Provide onsite or remote event coverage to publish real-time content.
- Operations: Oversee day-to-day management of owned social channels and campaigns.
- Strategic Campaigns: Collaborate with Marketing and Communications to craft organic and paid social strategies for services, programs, events, and brand.
- Content & Partnerships: Create and repurpose content with Marketing, Communications, Community Relations, and agency partners to boost engagement.

Requirements
- Bachelor's (Required)
- Complexity of Work: Required critical thinking skills, excellent ability to build relationships and interact with various levels of management and people.
- Working knowledge of SEO.
- Understanding of all forms of social media interactions.
- Knowledge of social media marketing tools and dashboards.
- Required Work Experience: 3-5 years of experience developing and executing social media strategies across a variety of platforms and tools in fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
