Represent Client Brands: Engage with community members face-to-face, communicate key brand messages, and create positive interactions in local community settings.
Build Customer Relationships: Start authentic conversations, understand audience needs, and encourage interest in client products, services, or campaigns.
Support Community Marketing Campaigns: Help execute local outreach initiatives designed to increase brand awareness, strengthen public engagement, and support client objectives.
Collaborate with Team Members: Share communication techniques, exchange feedback, and work together to improve outreach strategies and campaign performance.
Maintain Professional Standards: Represent client brands with integrity, enthusiasm, and professionalism while building trust with the public.
Work Toward Campaign Goals: Contribute to daily outreach targets and team objectives while developing your communication, customer engagement, and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
An approachable, enthusiastic, and professional attitude.
A willingness to receive feedback, learn new techniques, and apply coaching.
A reliable work ethic and the discipline to work toward daily campaign goals.
The ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
A genuine interest in community engagement, marketing, customer relations, or business development.
A high school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience is not required. Candidates with backgrounds in retail, hospitality, customer service, volunteering, student organizations, or other people-facing activities are encouraged to apply.
