Job Summary
Build and sustain a robust referral network in Erie, aligning partner relationships with growth targets and smooth client onboarding.
- Partnership Development: Own referral-source relationships and drive ongoing partner engagement.
- Onboarding & Collaboration: Coordinate cross-team onboarding to activate new clients quickly.
- Market Insight & Expansion: Track trends and identify opportunities to expand AHHS’s footprint.
Job Description
- Partnership Development: Build and maintain relationships with referral sources including Managed Care Organizations, hospitals, physician offices, rehabilitation centers, and community organizations.
- Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities and expand AHHS’s footprint in the Erie market.
- Partner Engagement: Conduct regular in-person visits, presentations, and follow-ups with referral partners.
- Education & Advocacy: Educate potential clients and partners about AHHS services and value.
- Program Coordination: Work with PA's Home and Community Based Waiver program.
- Onboarding & Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
- Performance Tracking: Track referral activity, maintain accurate records, and meet growth targets.
- Community Representation: Represent AHHS at networking events, health fairs, and community outreach initiatives.
- Industry Awareness: Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity.
- Previous experience in home care marketing is required.
- Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet goals.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout Erie and surrounding counties.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of the local healthcare landscape is a plus.
