Job Summary
Own global marketing governance and program delivery with a shared-services backbone, aligning frameworks with regional needs to scale brand messaging and prove impact.
- Lead corporate strategy, KPIs and cross-region execution to ensure consistent storytelling and brand voice.
- Standardize intake, SLAs and governance to improve speed, quality and alignment with corporate standards.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Vice President of Global Marketing to develop and execute company-wide marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals and growth priorities.
- Serve as an advisor and strategic partner to business leaders on brand positioning, messaging, reputation management and marketing effectiveness.
- Establish scalable marketing frameworks, governance and best practices to improve consistency, speed and quality across regions.
- Own priority initiatives as part of a global marketing shared-services model.
- Partner with regions to deliver consistent, high-quality marketing support while balancing corporate standards with business-specific needs.
- Drive service delivery excellence through standardized processes, intake management, prioritization and clear service-level expectations (SLAs).
- Maintain and strengthen the organization’s corporate brand identity, messaging architecture and voice across internal and external channels.
- Ensure consistent storytelling and messaging across digital, social, print and event channels to reinforce Vantage’s positioning.
- Write original marketing copy for assets ranging from email campaigns to data sheets and public policy messaging decks; copyedit internal and agency content to ensure accuracy, consistency and quality.
- Collaborate with the public policy team on global messaging and programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Journalism or equivalent experience required.
- 10+ years of progressive experience, including at least five years in a leadership role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Experience working in a matrixed global organization.
- Demonstrated executive presence and confidence interacting with leaders across the organization.
- Travel is expected to be 5 to 10%.
Preferred
- Knowledge of AP Style, Salesforce and HubSpot is highly desired.
- Data center experience is strongly preferred but not required.
