Job Description

Responsibilities

Manage the hotel's social media channels and create engaging content that drives audience engagement.
Support digital marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and content calendars.
Maintain the hotel's website, mobile app presence, and email database.
Create and distribute e-newsletters and email marketing campaigns.
Coordinate photo and video shoots and host media visits and press tours.
Support special events, marketing projects, and on-property collateral.
Serve as a Four Seasons brand ambassador and stay ahead of digital trends.
Coordinate influencer and media visits with detailed briefs and internal communication.
Assist in daily PR and Marketing operations and administrative duties.
Respond to guest feedback on key sites such as Google Reviews.

Requirements

Degree in Hospitality, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum two years of experience in luxury hospitality or a related industry.
Photography, videography, and social media content creation skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Creative, ambitious, and tech-savvy with a passion for social media and digital marketing.
