Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, display, streaming, and retargeting platforms.
- Manage audience targeting, segmentation, bid strategies, conversion optimization, and campaign pacing.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics including CTR, CPL, CPA, conversion rates, and enrollment funnel outcomes.
- Develop recurring digital advertising reports and performance dashboards.
- Conduct A/B testing for messaging, audience strategy, creative, and conversion performance.
- Collaborate with creative and enrollment teams on digital campaign strategy and landing page optimization.
- Partner with CRM and enrollment operations teams to support attribution tracking and lead flow optimization.
- Stay current on digital advertising trends, platform updates, and higher education recruitment marketing strategies.
- Serve as the primary contact for paid media vendors, agencies, and platform representatives.
- All other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field required.
- 3–5 years of experience managing paid digital advertising campaigns required.
- 3-5 years of experience with Google Analytics, Looker Studio, conversion tracking, and audience targeting strategies required.
- Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads, and analytics platforms.
- Strong analytical and performance optimization skills.
- Strong organizational, project coordination, and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments.
- Commitment to accuracy, organization, and high-quality work.
Preferred
- Higher education marketing experience preferred.
