Job Description
Responsibilities
- Campaign & Content Support
- Support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including trafficking assets, proofreading content, and maintaining campaign trackers and timelines.
- Help maintain the content calendar across email, social, and web.
- Coordinate with UK Brand and Creative teams on asset requests and localization for the North America market.
- Help prepare campaign recaps, decks, and presentation materials.
- Trade, Events & Retail Support
- Support logistics for trade events, showroom activations, and industry tradeshows, including ALL PRO events, vendor outreach, guest lists, sample shipping, and on-site support.
- Help identify and vet vendors for brand activations, with a strong eye for taste level and brand fit to ensure every partner reflects the Farrow & Ball aesthetic.
- Assist with showroom communications and merchandising material requests.
- Help maintain relationships and ongoing correspondence with stockists and sample houses.
Requirements
- 0-2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field; internship experience counts.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field preferred, but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace; familiarity with social platforms such as Instagram, Pinterest, and LinkedIn is a plus.
- Exposure to project management, CRM, or social scheduling tools such as Asana, Hootsuite, or Later is a plus, but not required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
