Job Summary
Own building and evolving the marketing analytics stack: design models, data pipelines, and KPI frameworks to measure and optimize multi‑channel performance, attribution, and ROI, while partnering with Marketing to optimize tech tools and data sources.

Job Description
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain analytical models to measure and forecast marketing performance across digital and traditional channels, including paid search, paid social, direct mail, email, website traffic, and campaign conversion funnels.
- Develop attribution frameworks, forecasting methodologies, and performance measurement strategies to optimize marketing spend and maximize ROI.
- Build and maintain scalable datasets, data pipelines, and analytical processes that support marketing reporting, customer segmentation, campaign targeting, predictive modeling, and decision-making.
- Leverage SQL, Python, Power BI, and other analytics tools to transform complex data into actionable business insights.
- Develop campaign monitoring frameworks, KPI scorecards, and reporting that provide visibility into marketing effectiveness .
- Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve lead generation, customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion outcomes.
- Partner with Marketing to optimize analytics platforms and marketing technology tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Salesforce, and other reporting solutions.
- Evaluate new technologies and data sources that enhance marketing measurement capabilities.
- Utilize competitive intelligence tools including SEMrush, Competiscan, Lashback, and related platforms to identify market trends, emerging opportunities, and competitive positioning.
- Develop recurring competitive intelligence reporting and provide strategic recommendations based on market trends and competitor activity.
Requirements
- 1+ years of related experience.
- Bachelor's degree in related field required; Masters or MBA in related field preferred.
- Entry level knowledge of residential mortgage industry in Correspondent or Retail Lending including; sales, operations, capital markets and/or other residential mortgage products and services.
- Entry level knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.
- Intermediate to advanced experience with C#, SQL Server, Excel and Excel VBA, PowerBI.
- Intermediate to advanced experience with statistical analysis, including the use of tools like R or Python.
- Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills.
