Responsibilities

Deliver data-driven insights using clean, well-organized analyses, dashboards, and visualizations.
Identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in campaign and partner performance and translate findings into clear recommendations.
Assess business situations, define analytical problems, and determine the appropriate data and methodology to address them.
Serve as the primary analytics partner for the Marketing group, supporting day-to-day decision-making and strategic initiatives.
Conduct detailed audits of advertising platforms to identify optimization opportunities and inefficiencies.
Support strategic innovation projects by providing ongoing performance analysis and insight.
Track and evaluate the results of business initiatives to determine whether outcomes were successful.
Establish baseline performance metrics and KPIs to measure campaign success and year-over-year growth.
Write efficient, accurate SQL queries in Snowflake to extract and analyze large, complex datasets.
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting and analyses.

Requirements

3-5 years of experience in business analytics, data analytics, or a related role .
Strong proficiency in SQL, with hands-on experience querying data in Snowflake .
Proven experience delivering insights that influence business decisions.
Ability to leverage Ai tools to gather data and perform advanced analysis.
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data into clear business narratives.

Preferred

Experience with Google and Meta ad data.
Experience with dashboarding and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
Experience with python and data science methodologies.
Experience partnering with product or engineering teams.
