Job Summary
Own the development and optimization of marketing strategy across multiple funnels, drive scalable growth, and ensure leadership has accurate performance dashboards while aligning marketing with company objectives.
- Manage twelve marketing funnels including community workshops, media, and digital channels
- Produce leadership-ready marketing reports and dashboards
- Collaborate with Marketing Director and CEO to scale toward national brand
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance marketing strategies
- Maximize our twelve marketing funnels, including: community workshops, TV and radio, podcast, YouTube, and published books
- Sit in on meetings with Marketing Director and CEO
- Seek out new opportunities to grow our presence and impact as we scale into a national brand
- Ensure the leadership team has accurate reports and dashboards related to marketing performance
- Assist internal teams in aligning marketing with operational and business objectives
- Demonstrate consistent alignment with company values in all work and communication
