Job Description

Responsibilities

Managing complex content-development and refresh projects from planning through delivery, coordinating stakeholders, managing timelines, balancing multiple priorities, and driving completion without formal authority
Collaborating closely with partners, lawyers, BD professionals, and other senior stakeholders to gather input, resolve issues, secure approvals, and proactively communicate status, risks, and opportunities
Serving as a key administrator and subject matter resource for Foundation, managing and enhancing its content, templates, taxonomies, configurations, and packet-related data to support effective pitch enablement and data integrity
Leading and supporting initiatives to improve Foundation usability, content structures, workflows, reporting, and cross-functional adoption, including migrations, audits, governance, and collaboration with MarTech leadership
Managing intake and prioritization of content requests, maintaining standards for content quality and governance, and driving process improvements that enhance team effectiveness and cross-functional collaboration
Protecting and maintaining any highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, and/or proprietary information that Latham & Watkins retains

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree or equivalent
A minimum of six (6) years of relevant and progressively responsible business development and marketing experience in a legal or professional services environment
A minimum of seven (7) years of cumulative experience
