Job Summary
Own end-to-end interactive media buying across display, video, and social channels, coordinating with vendors and creatives to drive integrated campaigns and measurable performance improvements.
- Own end-to-end media activations across CPM/CPC/CPL and retargeting, coordinating with creatives and vendors.
- Lead cross-channel optimization and programmatic deals, sharing trend insights to inform planning and client strategies.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure creative alignment and translate data into actionable recommendations.
Job Description
- Develop and lead interactive media campaigns including CPM, CPC, CPL, and numerous retargeting media placements
- Strategize and execute paid social campaigns across multiple platforms, ex: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok, TripAdvisor, Pinterest
- Rich media and online video placements
- Execute Programmatic and Direct to Publisher deals / vendors – display, video, and mobile -
- Lead campaign activation across all of the above mediums
- Own vendor relationships inclusive of generating IOs, sending RFPs, collecting reporting and ongoing campaign management
- Partner with account service, creative teams, and external media vendors to determine what specific needs are for interactive advertising
- Optimize the campaigns with media vendors ongoing
- Collaborate with creative teams to ensure creative specifications of the negotiated plan are satisfied
- Proactively share relevant information about trends in interactive media to the planning group, agency stakeholders, and clients
- Strong analytics skills and a proven ability to synthesize data from multiple sources, identify trends, concisely report meaningful findings, and use data to drive strategy
- Excellent attention to detail, thoroughness, and organizational abilities
- Ability to function in a quick and organized manner and to handle multiple deadlines with proficiency in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
- Experience with Google Marketing Platforms, BI tools, Linkedin Advertising Platform, Meta Business Manager, Campaign Manager 360 (DCM), and Google Suite required
- 3+ years of media planning and/or buying experience
