Own content from ideation to final delivery across social formats and audience segments.
Maintain platform fluency by tracking trends and updating creative quickly to stay culturally relevant.

Ideating, scripting and storyboarding engaging social-first lo-fi content tailored to client objectives and platform audiences
Writing sharp, on-brand captions, hooks, reactive editorial copy and in-asset text that drives engagement and storytelling
Shooting and editing lo-fi content using lightweight production setups and mobile-first creative approaches
Staying ahead of social trends, platform updates and evolving audience behaviours to maintain cultural relevance
Creating compelling client presentations in Google Slides and PowerPoint to pitch concepts and communicate creative execution
Collaborating with creative, editorial, design, production, strategy and Client Services teams to deliver high-quality social content
Ensuring all creative output aligns with brand guidelines and client objectives
Bringing strategic concepts to life in ways that elevate ideas and exceed expectations

Proven experience creating and managing social content, with a portfolio (ideally TikTok/Instagram-focused)
Strong passion for internet culture, including formats, communities and global trends
Ability to adapt quickly to changing trends and client needs across markets
In-depth understanding of social platforms and how to optimise content for engagement
Passion for social media, brands and modern communication
Ability to work under tight deadlines in fast-paced agency environments
Experience managing direct reports, with a focus on guidance and team development
