Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a positive, results-oriented mindset
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred, but not required
Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, athletics, or related fields is a plus, but not required
