Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop, manage, and execute integrated marketing plans and campaigns across digital and traditional channels, including print, advertising, email social media, website, direct mail, video, and trade shows, while managing established budgets, schedules, and deadlines.
Develop a strong understanding of the company’s products, customers, competitors, and industry trends to identify opportunities and translate technical information into effective, customer-focused marketing communications.
Create, edit, and proofread compelling marketing content and collateral while maintaining consistent brand messaging, visual identity, and quality across all communications.
Manage and update website content, email campaigns, social media, and other digital marketing initiatives using applicable marketing platforms and tools.
Coordinate company participation in trade shows, conferences, and customer events, including logistics, promotional materials, pre-event marketing, and post-event follow-up activities.
Collaborate with company leadership, sales, and product teams to develop brand and product messaging that supports business objectives, customer engagement, and commercial growth.
Coordinate with external vendors and partners, including printers, photographers, agencies, content contributors, and IT support, to ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule.
Maintain marketing databases and contact information to support audience segmentation, campaign execution, reporting, and other marketing activities.
Define, monitor, and report on relevant marketing KPI’s and campaign performance, using results and insights to recommend improvements and optimize future marketing efforts.
Perform other reasonable and relevant duties as assigned based on business needs.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred.
2-5 years of marketing experience with demonstrated success supporting digital and traditional marketing initiatives, managing multiple projects, and meeting deadlines.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, schedules, and deadlines simultaneously.
Experience supporting or executing both digital and traditional marketing initiatives preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub, Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), WordPress/WooCommerce, Social media management platforms, Google Analytics and/or website analytics tools preferred.
