Job Summary
Own and drive marketing support and cross-functional coordination for product development, literature/tools, and software improvements, aligning marketing actions with customer needs and ROI through close collaboration with Product Management and engineering.
- Coordinate marketing evaluations considering market trends and profitability
- Share marketing requirements with engineering, IT, planning for execution
- Assist with sales forecasting input and ROI projections
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide marketing support or project management for product development or maintenance.
- Develop or maintain literature and promotional tools.
- Assist with development or maintenance of technical unit selection software.
- Investigate reported bugs and suggested enhancements in unit selection software, and other various applications.
- Perform marketing evaluations that consider distribution needs, customer needs, market trends, competition, P&L requirements, and recommend appropriate action with direction.
- Assist by providing information to the Product Manager for sales forecast and ROI projections.
- Communicate marketing needs to other functional groups. i.e ) engineering, IT, planning
- Use of good communication skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering

Preferred
- Master’s Degree (preferred)
- 2-5 years working in the HVAC industry (preferred)
