Job Summary
Coordinate and execute lightweight marketing support across communications, social content, events, and editorial management to keep campaigns moving and assets organized.
- Draft and edit emails, web copy, and materials; support social content development and basic graphics; assist with campaigns and events including logistics and collateral.
- Maintain content libraries, media trackers, and editorial calendars; keep WordPress content updated.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and assist with diverse assignments to meet marketing goals.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assists with drafting and editing internal and external communications (emails, web copy, marketing materials)
- Support social media content development including research, copywriting, and basic graphics
- Help plan and execute marketing campaigns and events, including logistics, collateral and follow up
- Update and maintain content libraries, media trackers, and editorial calendars
- Collaborates with internal customers and stakeholders
- Assists with tracking and organizing all marketing collateral
- Assists with various assignments and projects as assigned
- Assists with WordPress website content management system
Requirements
- This is a part-time, paid summer internship that is remote.
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations or related field.
- Strong GPA (above 3.0)
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well independently and with a team.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
