Job Summary
Coordinate deal flow and build presentation and listing materials for CRE clients, owning admin, data gathering, and marketing asset updates.
- Balance intake and action items across multiple projects to keep deals moving.
- Own marketing collateral from pitch decks to BOVs and listing updates to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate data gathering and due diligence with cross functional teams to unlock deal progress.

Responsibilities
- Balance multiple activities and action items across team projects.
- Coordinate transaction and due diligence processes: entering deal sheets, submitting trade records, and supporting paperwork.
- Monitor competitor research and data collection; liaise with departments to obtain data like company and title searches and property particulars.
- Develop pitch materials and presentations for clients and brokers (maps, surveys, research).
- Manage edits and updates to marketing materials daily.
- Execute marketing campaigns including scheduling, mailing-list maintenance, and campaign reporting for Brokers’ listings.
- Create presentation materials such as BOVs, tour books and flyers and update as needed.
- Maintain property listings on websites and update Brokers’ recent transactions.
- Make updates to street maps or other visuals like graphs and charts.
- Draft or edit documents for spelling, grammar and layout with keen proofreading.
- 2+ years of relevant Commercial Real Estate experience.
- Adobe InDesign experience is strongly preferred; Canva and other design software is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or similar field or applicable work experience.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Excellent communications skills, both oral and written.
- Adobe InDesign experience is strongly preferred.
