Job Summary

Own and drive end-to-end exhibit project delivery from sales handoff through design, production, and deployment, coordinating schedules, vendors, approvals, and cross-functional teams on time.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Managing more than 25 active projects simultaneously
Creating and maintaining detailed project schedules
Following strict timelines tied to firm and unmovable trade show deadlines
Coordinating projects from the initial sales handoff through design, production, purchasing, and deployment
Working closely with Sales, Design, Production, Graphics, Service, Warehouse, and Logistics teams
Communicating directly with clients through email, phone calls, video meetings, and in-person meetings
Tracking client approvals, outstanding information, project changes, and upcoming deadlines
Procuring exhibit hardware, graphics, and other project materials from multiple vendors
Researching products and identifying appropriate purchasing options
Placing vendor and online orders

Requirements

One to two or more years of project management, project coordination, or related professional experience
Experience that translates well to project management, such as events, construction, logistics, purchasing, account service, hospitality, marketing, or production
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Exceptional attention to detail
The ability to prioritize competing deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Confidence communicating directly with clients and vendors
The ability to learn and use multiple software platforms
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
A willingness to take ownership and follow through

Preferred

Trade show or exhibit industry experience is helpful but not required.
