The ideal team member is someone motivated to learn and execute all stages of the video production process: conceptualizing, filming, and editing content that effectively tells the story of 26 varsity sports programs.
Duties and Responsibilities: Students will work with the Athletics Creative & Digital Media Strategist to conceptualize, shoot, and edit a variety of videos that promote the St. Olaf Athletics with a focus on social media content.

Requirements

The ideal team member is someone motivated to learn and execute all stages of the video production process: conceptualizing, filming, and editing content that effectively tells the story of 26 varsity sports programs.
This role requires strong project management skills and the ability to work on deadlines.
Qualifications: Familiarity with DSLR/Mirrorless cameras is strongly preferred.
Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro or a similar program is strongly preferred.
Ability to conceptualize, shoot, and edit content that adheres to institutional brand standards.
Attention to schedule and willingness to arrive on time and stay until work is done.
Eagerness to learn and ability to effectively present and communicate new ideas.
Strong work ethic, responsibility, and ability to work independently.

Familiarity with DSLR/Mirrorless cameras is strongly preferred.
Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro or a similar program is strongly preferred.
Previous video filming/editing experience is encouraged.
