Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the social storytelling strategy with an emphasis on video content
- Build and manage relationships with creators, influencers, and freelancers
- Create and oversee content production, including writing briefs and appearing in videos
- Maintain and evolve the content calendar and brand guidelines
- Connect content performance to business metrics such as patient starts and cost per converted user
- Define and refine the brand voice and visual identity across all channels
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in social media content creation and strategy
- Proven track record of building a content engine from scratch
- Hands-on experience with short-form video production
Preferred
- Bonus: Experience in B2C healthcare or working with sensitive audiences
