Job Description

Responsibilities

Design graphics and marketing assets using Canva, Adobe, or similar design tools
Write and edit blog posts, customer stories, emails, and other marketing content
Manage our content calendar and collaborate on content execution
Manage our LinkedIn presence and collaborate with the team to build brand authority
Update and maintain website content in Webflow
Manage email marketing campaigns and the company newsletter in HubSpot
Coordinate marketing support for industry conferences, client events, webinars, and company-sponsored events, including logistics, promotional materials, social media coverage, and post-event follow-up
Coordinate marketing projects and keep timelines on track using Asana
Collaborate with sales and client services to develop marketing materials and enablement content
Stay current on digital marketing trends and recommend new ideas to improve performance

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or similar years of working experience in a marketing role
2–3 years of professional marketing experience
Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
Experience with HubSpot or another marketing automation platform preferred
Experience managing social media for a business
Familiarity with website CMS platforms such as Webflow or WordPress
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects
Comfortable working in a collaborative startup environment
Experience with programmatic advertising is a major plus
